These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your relationship with Cabo Lions Transportation (“us”, “we”, “our”). By booking our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
When you book a transfer or tour with us, you will receive a booking confirmation by email. It is your responsibility to review the confirmation and inform us immediately of any errors.
Prices for our services will be as quoted on our website for our Transfer Service, in case you need any special quotation prices will change according to your needs. We accept payment by credit and debit cards. Full payment is required at the time of booking.
Cancellations can be made up to 48 hours before the scheduled transfer or tour for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours will not be refunded. To cancel your booking, please email us at contacto@cabolionstransportation.com.mx
Customers are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that is respectful to our drivers, guides, and other customers. We reserve the right to terminate a service without refund if a customer behaves in a disruptive, unsafe or abusive manner.
Cabo Lions Transportation will not be liable for any loss, injury, claim, liability, or damage of any kind resulting in any way from any errors in or omissions from the information and content provided.
We reserve the right to revise these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Mexico.
